About Our Orphanage School

Gods Care orphanage school was Started by Rev. Kamugisha Moses The aim of the orphanage was therefore to render support to needy households with orphans and other vulnerable children categorized as follows: Child-headed households, Children affected by conflict, war or natural disaster, Children with psychosocial or physical vulnerability, Child mothers, Children living in impoverished households, Children-out of- schools, Children in contact with the law and Children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS disease. God care orphanage school has been therefore at the fore front of improving the social-economic livelihoods of these households. The main activities implemented in the district include but not limited to: - provision of scholastic materials, psychosocial support, community sensitization on child protection and legal support, nutrition and food security, basic care, health, hygiene and sanitation and economic strengthening support .

Objective

Core Values

The overall objective: of the orphanage school is to restore hope and happiness to Orphans and Other Vulnerable Children (OVC) through preaching the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ and providing socio-economic services. Gods Care orphanage school is contributing to national development plan through provision of social-economic services geared towards protecting and mitigating the plight of vulnerable children in Uganda.
