Welcome to Gods Care Orphanage School

God’s Care orphanage school was started by Kamugisha Moses Having suffered as an orphan and street boy for Seven years, rescued by Rev. Paul Nsubuga who sponsored his Education, in primary level and Theological seminary, after my education Rev.Paul Nsubuga asked me to do the same to others. That is the base of God’s care orphanage School and other projects.

Education support for the most needy

Gods care orphanage school is currently providing education support to over 359 OVC in various regions of Uganda. Under this core program area, Gods care orphanage school is providing direct support in form scholastic materials and school fees to the most needy. It also provides access to alternative basic education for children with special needs and also conducts dialogue meetings with caregivers, teachers and school administrators geared towards supporting and improving the quality of life of OVC.

Child Protection and Legal

In an effort to avert the plight of OVC and contribute to the process of ensuring that children enjoy their rights such as right to education, food, basic care and rights to association among others, child protection were extended to OVC household in form encouraging OVC care giver to vitally register the OVC, training in succession planning and will making and also referring abused children to the offices of District probation and family and child protection Unit of police among others

Dormitory For Girls

The construction of the girls' dormitory is nearing completion, but critical works such as finishing and plastering remain incomplete due to limited resources. Without proper finishing the structure is vulnerable to demage from weather elements and pupils can not occupy it in safe and comfortable manner.
